Payments : All Payments once made are not refundable.
Refunds : As a service-based company, Our core business revolves around providing services to our members which is automaed, henceforth we do not offer and refunds to our members. All Payments once made are not refundable
Subscriptions : Token Advance Payment of 16,000 INR to be made at the time of registration
Validity : The Validity of the token amount is 24 months from the date of payment. Customers can purchase a plot by making the payment of balance due as per the plot choosen.
Cancellation & Transfer : There is no cancellation & refund applicable for this membership. However if a member wishes to transfer his/her membership they can do by submitting a transfer request consent form in the office with their payment certificate and KYC documents.
Shipping Policy :

As a service-based company, we do not offer any physical or tangible products for sale. Our core business revolves around providing services, and, as such, the traditional concepts of shipping and returns for physical goods do not apply to our operations.

Shipping: Since we do not sell or ship products, there are no shipping-related terms or conditions associated with our services.
